| <h6 style="text-align: center; line-height: 1;"><strong>워케이션(Work+Vacation) 1번지 제주로 오세요</strong></h6><p style="text-align: center; line-height: 1;">- 제주 서울본부 벤처기업협회 13개 회원사와 팸투어 진행 -</p><h6><br></h6><h6><strong>□ 제주특별자치도 서울본부(본부장 정원태)는 일과 쉼을 함께한다는 개념의 워케이션(Work + Vacation) 선도지역으로 주목받는 제주를 알리고, 기업과의 네트워크를 확대해 상장기업 유치 활성화 등에 기여하고자 벤처기업협회 회원사를 대상으로 ‘제주 워케이션 팸투어’를 진행했다.</strong></h6><h6><br></h6><h6><strong>□ 지난 12월 1일부터 2일까지 1박 2일 동안 진행된 팸투어에는 야놀자, 메가존 등 ㈔벤처기업협회 13개 회원사 담당자들이 참여했다.</strong></h6><h6><br></h6><h6><strong>□ 첫날에는 제주 월정리에 위치한 CJ ENM 제주점을 찾아 운영사항을 공유받고, 현장 탐방을 진행했다.</strong></h6><h6 style="margin-left: 20px;">○ CJ ENM 제주점은 사내 인기 복지 프로그램의 일환으로 구성원들의 사기진작과 재충전을 도모하고자 2021년부터 시범 프로그램을 추진했으며, 올해부터 정규화해 2주 단위로 워케이션 대상자를 선발하고 있다. 현재 누적 신청자 2,258명 중 163명을 선발해 워케이션을 추진 중이다.</h6><h6 style="margin-left: 20px;">○ 팸투어 참가자들은 정규화된 CJ ENM의 사내 복지 프로그램에 많은 관심을 가졌으며 참가방식, 지원 예산, 자율 업무 관리 등 기업 차원의 다양한 고민을 질문하고 정보를 교환했다.</h6><h6><br></h6><h6><strong>□ 둘째 날에는 제주도가 운영 중인 서귀포 복합혁신센터와 스페이스 모노를 방문해 제주의 우수한 휴양자원과 스마트워크 인프라가 결합된 현장을 확인하는 시간을 가졌다.</strong></h6><h6 style="margin-left: 20px;">○ 서귀포 복합혁신센터 3층에 위치한 워케이션 공유오피스는 지난 9월부터 조성돼 위메이드 그룹의 ㈜전기아이피와 같은 투자협약체결 기업, 잠재투자기업 등 100명의 직원이 이곳을 이용 중이다.</h6><h6 style="margin-left: 20px;">○ 팸투어 참가자들은 공유오피스 내 업무공간과 회의실, 휴식 공간 등을 둘러본 뒤 서귀포 혁신도시 인근의 생활 인프라 및 숙박, 휴일 여가 프로그램 등에 대해 문의하는 등 적극적인 관심을 표시했다.</h6><h6 style="margin-left: 20px;">○ 한편, 서귀포 대정읍에 위치한 스페이스 모노는 중소·벤처기업 직원을 대상으로 노마드 방식의 업무환경을 제공하고자 구축된 곳으로 200평 규모의 공유오피스와 회의실, 개인 사무공간 등을 이용할 수 있다.</h6><h6 style="margin-left: 20px;">○ 한 기수 당 4박 5일 프로그램으로 진행되며 숙소 제공과 함께 돌고래 투어, 귤따기, 바당 요가 등 체험프로그램도 이용할 수 있어 연말까지 신청이 마감됐을 정도로 인기가 높다.</h6><h6><br></h6><h6><strong>□ 정원태 서울본부장은 “이번 팸투어로 워케이션 수요를 가진 기업들이 현장을 직접 둘러보고, 실행을 구체화하는데 기여하는 성과가 있었다”면서 “제주도가 가능성과 선호도가 가장 높은 지역을 넘어 워케이션 1번지로 자리 잡도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.</strong></h6><hr><p style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://cdn.imweb.me/upload/S202405034d047714934b3/2a342c25e1875.jpg" style="width: 179px;" class="fr-fic fr-dii"> <img src="https://cdn.imweb.me/upload/S202405034d047714934b3/5d362b9b836a7.jpg" style="width: 418px;" class="fr-fic fr-dii"><br> CJ ENM 제주점 전경 CJ ENM 제주점 내부 </p><p style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://cdn.imweb.me/upload/S202405034d047714934b3/a0cc5495b7fca.png" style="--tw-border-spacing-x: 0;
